A personalised, bespoke tour or experience, built around exactly what you would like to do and where you want to stay. The cost of your bespoke tour will be worked out after we have spoken and agreed your needs, however the more people you bring, the better value for everyone.
Peak Cycling can design bespoke tours for road, gravel and MTB groups, from a single day loop to a multiple day journey depending on your wishes. Already sorted your accommodation in or around the Peak District? No problem!
We can often arrange a day or half day experience right from your hotel door. Use the contact form or email us direct.
Want a multi day epic road ride? No problem.
We have years of experience working on the LEJOG (Lands End to John O’Groats) road route, plus the Dover to Cape Wrath route and shorter routes such as the Way of the Roses and the Coast to Coast. These tours with large groups of varying ability have included van support and rider’s accommodation, with food & logistical needs taken care of.
Fancy a bike packing adventure? Camping or Glamping?
A few days sleeping under the stars (BnB allowed) while riding through some epic scenery taking the “road less travelled”. Why not go off grid for a couple of days? It’s good for the soul.
We have experience of organising multi-day corporate charity road tours, having worked with Vision Express and the Childhood Eye Cancer Trust on three “Ride 4 Sight” tours. These tours have been 2 or 3 days, involved between 30 & 40 cyclists, staying in quality hotels, feed stations, signage, and mechanical support teams, as well as PR opportunities and store visits for your organisation.
We can cover all bases on accommodation, whether you want to keep the costs down or go luxury, we can plan a route to meet your aims.
We think our combined cycling experience across all categories, event organising and running, and knowledge of the Peak District means Peak Cycling are your perfect partner for a bespoke event for your group or corporate team.
Some ideas we could develop for you include:
Peak Crossing; west to east across the Peak District in a single day or over 2 days for a more leisurely ride
Race the sunrise; start on the eastern edge of the Peak District at sunrise and try and finish on the western edge before sunset
Derbyshire Top to Bottom; like the Peak Crossing, but north to south, starting on some challenging hills, as used by the Tour of Britain and Tour de France, and easing as the miles build
Coast to Coast, the Fat Crossing; Aberystwyth to Lowestoft, over 3 or 4 days on road. No one else does this, why not try something different to the standard Cumbria to Tyneside route that everyone else does?
