What you get

A big road bike one day adventure, guiding you along the best quiet lanes in The Peak District
What you get
This epic, challenging 1-day ride is ideal for adventurous, fit and intermediate + cyclists who regularly ride their bikes or ride for several hours at a time. This ride will cover a long distance and, as the Peak District is the “home of the hill climb”, will contain a lot of climbing and descending. Expect long climbs, short steep climbs, and steep twisty technical descents. The start point and route varies throughout the year so check the calendar for specific details. Either way we will ride some of the iconic cycling roads of the Peak District as used in the Tour of Britain, The Tour de Yorkshire, Le Tour de France, and the Tour of the Peak. Full van support with brew stops (included in the price) and cafe lunch (at your own expense)
Start at 9am with a quick coffee at Cafe Adventure in Hope.

What you get
The Peak Cycling road trip for 2021 is to the Outer Hebrides and the Highlands of Scotland, starting and finishing in Oban. We will get the ferry to Barra, explore the Hebridean chain then return down to the mainland at Ullapool and journey south back to Oban. It is ideal for those wishing to really explore the beauty of the area, with relaxed riding on mostly quiet country roads, with busier main roads kept to a minimum. Hills are unavoidable. The pace is relaxed as we will be riding for 8 days without a rest day. This tour is fully van supported, which means refreshment stops during the ride and mechanical assistance when needed. We will also carry your kit so you don’t have to load up your bike and can concentrate on the riding.
Meet at Oban ferry terminal Saturday lunchtime, stay in comfortable B&B and Hostel accommodation for 8 nights (mainly shared rooms, no camping).
A road leader and full van support (including brew stops, luggage transfer, tools and spare bikes) for 8 days of road cycling, averaging around 100km per day.
